John A Dever (Jack), of Des Plaines, passed away peacefully on November 5th surrounded by his family.
Jack was born 11/26/1939 in Chicago. He graduated from St. George High School in Evanston and attended Wright Jr. College. His business career was focused on financial accounting and computer systems. He continued business consulting after retirement.
Jack is preceded in death by his parents John J. and Kathryn E Dever; he is survived by his brother Martin (Connie), and his sisters Peg Heslinga and Pat Loftus. Jack was a loving son, brother, and uncle. His entire family feels enriched and blessed by his endless teachings and wisdom.
Visitation Sunday, 4-9 PM at Friedrichs Funeral Home 320 W. Central (at Northwest Highway). Prayers at the funeral home Monday 11 AM to St. Emily’s for Mass at 11:30 AM. Interment at All Saints Cemetery
